Georges Puzo was born in 1960 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti to George and FernandePuzo. The family later moved to New York City where Georges and the rest of his siblings adapted quickly to life in the United States. George would later meet and marry Paula L. Mapp. One daughter, Georgia was born to this union. Georges and Paula were united in marriage until she passed away in 2003. Georges and his daughter Georgia, would later move to Jacksonville, Florida where they were welcomed with open arms by his brother, Eric and sister-n-law, Renee and nephew Nicholas and other extended family and friends. He was a very pleasant and likeable man who left a pleasant impression with everyone he met. He will be deeply missed by many.

Georges is was preceded in death by his wife, Paula L. Mapp-Puzo. He is survived by daughter, Georgia Grace Puzo; step-son, Matthew W. Mapp; step-daughter, Inez Mapp; step-son, Jonathan E. Mapp. Two sisters and two brothers:Mr and Mrs Roger M Eugene (MireillePuzo), Mr. and Mrs. Frantz J Lassegue (CarollePuzo), Mr. and Mrs. FaridPuzo (LonezeGermain),and Mr. and Mrs. Eric Puzo (Renee Mullins). Nephews and nieces: Leslie and GeorgyPuzo, Ronald, Patrick, Gregory, Jackie, Stephanie Puzo, Robert, Frantz and Tamara Lassegue, Shaila, Juliano and Nabila Puzo, Margaret, Peggy and Mario Puzo, Nicholas Puzo, Dimitri, Tashana, Jerry Puzo; One aunt: MrsElianeDugue

A LETTER FROM HEAVEN When tomorrow starts without me and I'm not here to see If the sun should rise and find your eyes filled with tears for me. I wish so much you wouldn't cry the way you did today While thinking of the the many things we didn't get to say I know how much you love me as much as I love you And each time you think of me I know you will miss me too. When tomorrow starts without me don't think we're far apart for every time you think of me I am right there in your heart.
