The Life and Legacy of Mr. Marcus Malik Washington

Marcus Malik Washington was born on February 15, 1995 to Dwayne A. Wilcher and Jacqueline D. Washington, in Jacksonville, Florida. He grew up in the Sweetwater Community and received his education in the Duval County Public School System. A dedicated hard worker, Marcus was employed at Azar Sausage. He was known for his affectionate, loving, and caring spirit. He knew no strangers before his beautiful life came to an end on February 11, 2016. Preceding him in death is his father; Dwayne A. Wilcher, Grandparents, I.D. Wilcher and Cleveland Wilcher, and Grandfather’s, Charles Goodman and William Washington.

He leaves to cherish his memories, Mother Jacqueline Washington, A sister, Loria L. (Colby) Walden, Brothers Donald Washington and Jason (Kitara) Washington, Grandmother Mercedese Mills Washington, Son, Kaiden A. M. Washington; Aunts Bernadine (James) Forshee, Gloria Washington, both of Jacksonville, FL., Belinda Anderson, of Atlanta, GA., Diane (King) Robinson, of Maryland, Great Aunt Aldonia Clemmons, Great Aunt Gloria Thomas (Frederick) of Houston TX, Great Aunt Great-Great Aunt Altamese King, and Great Aunt Vassie Griffin, both of Jacksonville, FL., Uncles Edwin (Nita) Wilcher and Jeffery Washington, both of Jacksonville, FL., and Great Uncle Aurthur Lee George (Ruby) of Jacksonville, FL., and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Sorrowing Friends.
