Ms. Hazel Gray departed this life on Thursday, December 31, 2020.

Viewing will be held Friday, January 8, 2021 at Harvest Ministries /Jax Campus 2550 Fouraker Road Jacksonville, FL 32210 Pastor Dave Ragan, Pastor Time: 5p.m.-7p.m.

Graveside Service will be held at Restlawn Memorial Park 2600 Ribault Scenic Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32208 Time: 2:00p.m.
